How long does implementation take?
Typically two weeks: we start with one project or client, import your existing data, then extend module by module.
Can we import existing data?
Yes. Personnel files, certificates and spreadsheets are imported and structured before go-live.
Is my data secure and isolated?
Yes. Data is isolated per tenant, with access controls and audit logging. Sovereign hosting available in the EU or Switzerland.
Does OpStaff replace our existing tools?
It replaces the spreadsheets and shared drives that hold operations together, and connects to the systems you keep — payroll, ERP, accounting.
Can OpStaff AI change or delete my data?
No. OpStaff AI is read-only. It answers questions about your people, projects and compliance, and links you to the right page in OpStaff. It does not create missions, assign people or send emails.
Does OpStaff AI keep my data?
No. Like every AI process in OpStaff, it runs under a strict zero data retention policy. OpStaff Platform stores only the data it needs to run, isolated per tenant. Answers follow each user's access rights, and contractors don't have access to OpStaff AI.
